We may occasionally change these Terms, so we encourage you to review the Terms periodically.

IMPORTANT! READ THIS!

Abstract:

 

• Global Kinnernet Online Festival ("GKOF") is an online closed event via video conference, taking place on July 18th, 2020.

• YOUR PARTICIPATION IN GKOF IS CONDITIONED UPON YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.

• Participation is by invite only! If you did not receive a personal invitation, you are not allowed to participate in GKOF even if someone sent you a link, password or other means to participate.

• By Participating in the event you agree to respect others and not to try to harm the sessions of participants in any way. Violators will be banned from the festival at the sole discretion of the organizers, without warning, and you agree to accept, without dispute, any such actions.

• You agree to use your real name and not impersonate others. Do not share inappropriate content, foul language, backgrounds or any material that may be considered offensive. GKOF or any of the organizers will not be held responsible for such violations.

• You acknowledge that by joining and sharing your video, audio, name or messages, you provide a non-revocable permission to use such content in any way. Please remember that all sessions may be recorded and such recordings may include videos of participants. You agree that GKOF and its organizers will not be held responsible for any misuse of such content. (If you don't want people to take screenshots that may include your image, for example, it's your responsibility to keep your video turned off)

• You agree NOT to make any use of any names, personal details or lists of participants, including trying to contact them in any way.

• GKOF retains all its proprietary rights, including the use of the name "Kinnernet", website content, event videos, screenshots or recordings and other rights. You may not use such proprietary rights without GKOF written consent.

• Service is provided with NO WARRANTIES.

• Participants expressly waive any right to bring any action, lawsuit, or proceeding as a class or collective action, private attorney general action, or any other proceeding in which any party acts or proposes to act in a representative capacity. The participant agrees that any disputes will be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of Israel and any proceedings will be handled by the court system of Tel-Aviv, Israel.

• By joining and by using Zoom, you are also agreeing to Zoom's Terms of service, available on this link https://zoom.us/terms and other policies available at https://zoom.us/privacy-and-legal.

• Unless otherwise stated, all clauses in Zoom's terms of service ( https://zoom.us/terms ) apply to GKOF's policy as well, with regards to GKOF, Mutatis Mutandis, including, but not limited to:

  • USE OF SERVICES AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • RESPONSIBILITY FOR END USERS

  • ELIGIBILITY

  • PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

  • COPYRIGHT

  • NO HIGH RISK USE

  • NO WARRANTIES

  • INDEMNIFICATION
